Sound quality is impeccable as well as the mic quality. Love the different sound modes and to control both game and chat audio on the headset itself. Very easy to set up if you're using a pc, as I am. Would strongly recommend this product.

I owned a pair of these and had them for a couple of months. Sounds great, works great. The extendable arms are abit to fragile and have snapped on both sides! However that was because my one year old son got hold of them. Have ordered the exact same ones again. If you keep your things in good condition then this will be a perfect buy for you! Also the ones I had were refurbished from manufacture.. 2nd hand.

If you buy theese they will break. After only 3 weeks one of the retractable arms snapped. I had a replacement pair from the supplier and after 4 weeks they broke again in the same place...so after some research I discovered that lots of people have had the same problem. Ultimately it's a design flaw/cost cutting measure so they use less plastic thus making the arms weak. Yes they have good sound and the price is now very competitive (they were £90 when I purchased them) but that's no good when they only last for a month.

I've used this for 2 years with no problems until an accident broke the arm of the headset. I then looked for alternatives, TB800/S520/PS4 ect... but never got on with them - too hot on the ears / too heavy / auto clicking various buttons / poor sound quality. While the S400 is not perfect (could be lighter) it ticks all the boxes. Buying a replacement for the S400 with another S400 was just a no-brainer. Try it, you won't regret it. (it's cheap too).
