Though our ebay business and customers are very important to us, we also publish a long established mail order catalogue and run a very popular football programme website. Therefore we generally devote one day a week to dispatch ebay orders which is Tuesday. That is the reason all our listings state delivery within 5 working days of payment. Please bear this timescale in mind when placing your order and leaving your feedback.
However, when time allows we DO post out more regularly and through the extremely busy month of May when all the major cup finals take place we take on extra help to enable us to post out every day.
All our mail is sent first class in card protective packaging via our Royal Mail account. Proof of postage is obtained for EVERY outgoing package.
