Terms & Conditions:

1) General: These conditions apply to all purchases from our online store and by completing your purchase you agree to these terms.  This does not affect your statutory rights under UK or EU law.
2) Payment and title:  In the interest of a speedy transaction and our customary excellent customer service, goods are shipped immediately after receipt of cleared payment, but title to the goods sold remains with us (the seller) until final settlement is received in full.  In the event of a failed or withdrawn payment or chargeback the goods remain the property of the seller and must be returned immediately at the purchaser's expense.
3) Shipping:  The item(s) you purchase will normally be shipped the same day, (subject to availability) unless the order is received after the stated cut-off time for the shipping method, in which case shipping will take place on the next working day.  In most cases the cost of our standard shipping method is included in the selling price.  You may however choose from any other shipping methods offered, but there will be an additional charge for these enhancements.  Packages dispatched by a recorded delivery shipping method should be checked for damage before signing.  If the package is damaged, include the word “damaged” with your signature.  Any damage to the goods or shortages should be reported immediately to sales@snave.eu.  Your signature confirms that you have received the item(s) in good order. 4) Condition of items for sale:  Every item offered for sale in our online store has been inspected and/or tested as is appropriate for that item and we retain records of these procedures together with serial numbers and notes of any deficiencies or wear and tear observed. 5) Warranty and limitations:  The goods sold are, to the best of our knowledge and belief in the state described and at the time of shipping are fit for the purpose for which they are intended .  We expect items to behave and perform as intended by the manufacturer and we offer a 30 day warranty on all items sold.  New items may additionally be covered their manufacturer’s warranty.  If any item fails to perform as expected, you may contact us for technical advice or assistance to help resolve any operational difficulties with set-up or configuration.  If an item proves to be damaged or faulty on arrival we will offer to accept it’s return for replacement or refund.   We cannot realistically assess or guarantee the life remaining in a portable device’s battery, but we endeavour to ensure that it is fit for service.  Batteries are consumable items which require periodic replacement.
