Returning an item you have purchased by mistake or are the wrong size etc:
We will endeavour to provide as much information within the content of our product pages to allow you to make an informed decision on your purchase. However, should you require to return any product, we will allow you to do so within 14 days of the day after receipt. If you do this, a returns form must be requested from email@example.com and you must fill this in and enclose with the returned goods. You will have to arrange the return of the goods yourself and track them using a reputable carrier, or return the goods at our trade counter in huddersfield. We ask that goods are returned to us in good condition and if possible with their original packaging. Please include a copy of the complete returns form. We will refund the total cost of the goods, minus a restocking charge plus minus the original delivery cost, when we receive the goods back in a resalable condition.
Returning an item that is faulty
If we have supplied an item that is faulty or goes faulty in the first 14 days of receipt we will supply you a returns form and we will arrange the uplift of the goods (Please put a copy of the returns form with the goods.) Should we ( and sometimes the manufacturer ) upon receipt of said items be satisfied as to the alleged defects we will either replace the goods or arrange a refund of the full value of the goods and any carriage costs incurred.
Returning an item that we have supplied incorrectly:
If we have supplied an item incorrectly we will arrange the uplift of the goods and have the correct item sent out at the same time. We reserve the right to charge a restocking charge
