Returns & Refunds:
We accept all returns within 30 days from the date of sale provided that they are not faulty and returned in resalable condition with original condition and packaging. Garments should be returned in appropriate undamaged packaging and in a resalable condition. Goods will not be taken back if they are soiled/damaged/ washed/ altered/used/ dirty/ perfumed and/or sent back in poor/inadequate packaging and without original Tags. Please contact us by eBay messaging system for the returns procedure & address. Any damage or quality related issue needs to be notified within 14 days of receipt of order and item should not be in used condition or washed. We accept no responsibility of quality issues after wash or after 14 days of receipt as item is classed as used. We do not offer free returns service so customer will bear all the cost of returns. Refunds will be issued for the sale price of items only. Please send the items back to us by a traceable method because sometimes items get lost in the post & if we do not receive your item then we will not be able to issue refund. Please keep in mind that according to our company’s policy we do not accept returns of undergarments due to hygiene reasons, so please be sure what you are buying.

Personalised Embroidered/Printed Garments: All Garments that have been embroidered/Printed cannot be returned or exchanged. They are specifically made on orders and once personalised they are no longer eligible for any exchanges/refunds.

Our feedback system is automated and a positive feedback will be left within minutes of your purchase. If you are not happy with our item or service then Please contact us first before leaving neutral or negative feedback, if you have any issues with your order, we always try to help out our customers in every possible way. Please keep in mind that leaving negative feedback helps nobody, neither buyer nor seller.
 
Our Liability:
We are only responsible for the goods sold by us. We do not accept any liability of damage to third party item loss due to handling of our items. The maximum responsibility for the goods sold we accept is full refund of item cost and the reasonable postage cost reimbursement.
 
Item Not Received:
All items are shipped within 24 hours of receiving payment. Normally 80-90% people receive their items within 2-5 working days however sometimes it takes longer due to unexpected circumstances at Royal Mail end which unfortunately is out of our hands. All items are handed over to the Royal Mail, which sometimes fail to deliver on time for unknown reasons. Royal Mail guidelines state we should allow 15 working days for UK orders and 28 working days for international orders from the date of dispatch before an item is considered lost. We sincerely apologise for this delay and thank you for being patient and understandable.
 
In the meantime please check with your local Delivery or sorting office just in case they tried to deliver it while you were out. Please let us know if your item does not arrive in 15 working days, after that time your item will be considered lost & we will ask you to confirm your address to issue a replacement or a refund whichever option is preferred by you. We apologise for any inconvenience caused & thank you for your co-operation; we highly appreciate your business.
