We offer free postage for majority of our parts please check all part number prior to purchase, if you order the wrong part it’s your responsibility to pay for the initial shipping cost and 20% surcharge for handling and packaging.

In the UK your Pallet Delivery will be made on the next working day between 8.30AM AND 5.30PM.
Please make sure someone is available to sign for the goods as a failed delivery will either mean you will have to pick up the item yourself or you will incur £25 re delivery charges which will need to be paid before the delivery is made.

All our parts have warranty label on them with photos taken prior to shipping, If these are tampered with or broken this will invalidate the refund and warranty.
As some of our parts are sold direct off the vehicles we will contact you prior to dispatch if there are any problems with the part. In some cases we may not be able send the part due to damage and will offer and immediate and full refund if we cannot find a replacement.

For faulty goods it is the customer’s responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty or incorrect, we will also refund the postage costs. If the item has been ordered incorrectly by the buyer, then it is the buyer’s responsibility to return the item back to us within 14 days and we will charge a 20% handling fee plus postage (if free) and refund the buyer.
