Simply return the items to us in a new and unused resalable condition, securely packaged with all product packaging, labels and tags included within 28 days of receipt.

I am sorry but we don't offer free returns for unwanted or unsuitable orders back to us, you are more than welcome to drop an order back in store free of charge.
All goods must be in a new and unused condition. All product packaging, labels and tags must be included. For unwanted items the order will be refunded excluding any delivery charges. Please don't write or stick returns labels to the product packaging itself but use an outer bag or box to return your item.
Tents, Awnings, Canopies & Extensions - Please note that once a tent, awning, canopy or extension has been pitched outside we are unable to accept it back under the 30 day return policy as it not in a new and unused condition. Please check tent dimensions, floor plans and details carefully or if you are unsure please visit our store so we can help you select the right tent, awning for you.
Footwear - Please note in the case of footwear returns please use outer packaging to send the product back. Any shoe boxes defaced by parcel tape, stamps, writing or our returns address etc on will not be accepted and will be returned to you. When trying on your new boots or shoes please do so indoors on a carpet surface so you do not mark the sole of the shoe.
Wetsuits – Please try your wetsuit on to make sure you have the correct fit, but we our unable to except a return once it has been used.

For faulty products and warranty, please contact us by e mail or giving us a call , you'll need your order number and some pictures when appropriate.
Please don't send a product back without contacting us first,
If after receipt of your claim form the product needs to be returned to us we will provide a pre-paid returns label or arrange collection for larger / heavier items, we will advise when we receive you claim.
For technical faults or repairs we use the services of the original manufacturer or nominated agent for inspection, testing and high quality guaranteed repairs. Please allow a reasonable timescale for completion of this process, customer services can advise further.
