Return policy details
In most cases your item will be despatched the same day it is ordered (up to 3.00pm). We do allow up to 2 working days for despatch of your item for Parcelforce and Royal Mail collection delays, and any postal strikes.
With all our listings we offer optional postal insurance. This is to cover items lost in transit and damage occurred during delivery. **important** If your item gets lost in transit by Parcelforce or Royal Mail and you have not selected the optional insurance we cannot reimburse you for it. It is up to you to track and trace where the item is and claim for any losses from the courier company direct. If you do select the extra insurance then we will reimburse you in full if the item is lost. The above policy applies for damage occurred whilst with the courier company.
We offer a no quibble 7 day returns policy with all our items, however the item needs to be returned within 7 days from receipt and complete with all original packing, leads, accessories etc…basically the condition it arrived to you in. We do not pay or reimburse for return postage or collection costs under any circumstance.
With all items sold we offer a 30 day breakdown warranty. This covers mechanical faults only and not customer mis-use issues such as accidentally dropping it. (Your household contents insurance will cover this). Should you wish to raise a return for a faulty item please email firstname.lastname@example.org first to certify the fault. If the product is deemed faulty you will be issued instructions of how to return the item for refund.
We appreciate good feedback and aim to set our customer service charter high. The above terms are set to protect the consumer whilst protecting ourselves against unfounded claims. As an ebay seller we cannot give negative feedback anymore but if we consider the customer claims to be unfair we will dispute it with ebay/paypal.
