RETURNS POLICY: We doubt you’ll want to return your order but, if you do, we operate a quibble free returns policy on all items returned in their original condition within 14 days. As you recognise the online buying of one-off vintage clothing without trying them on first sometimes throws up these modern issues as everyone’s perception of sizing, fit and quality is different. Therefore if not 100% satisfied with your order we do not need a reason. We just hope to help you can help us reach an easily solvable situation.
RETURNS PROCESS: Keep hold of your return form card included in your package -> Login to eBay -> Go to purchase history -> To the right of the item(s) click 'More actions' -> Then 'Return This Item'* -> Select 'Return reason' and include additional information if needed-> Click Continue -> Review Information then click 'Request Return' -> We will accept it quibble the second we are in on a weekday morning -> On the returns form include the item number use the same card as the address label to your package -> Affix correct postage -> We will refund within 48 hours of receipt.
*If the eBay returns system glitches midway through this process simply logout and login again.
RETURN POSTAGE COSTS: We only pay return postage if there has been a rare order mix-up on our part but in absolutely no circumstances do we do so for differences in buyer perception of item sizing or subjective disagreements over our clearly listed condition guide. However if you paid for recorded or international postage with your order we will refund this original cost upon the particular items return. We do not refund any postage, packing or 'time' costs so if you are unable to return an item in good time we strongly suggest against purchasing. Unlike other eBay sellers we do not deduct a percentage of your item cost as a ‘relisting fee’.
