Returns are accepted subject to compliance with our policy & acceptable reasons for a return (see below):
Buy It Now items are protected by the Distance Selling Act & should be returned within 7 days. Please visit the Resolution Centre & request a return. We accept returns for auction items also but you are not protected by the Distance Selling Act & must therefore contact us immediately.

Goods must be returned in the exact condition that they were sent in (unworn, other than to try on, free from pet/human hair, devoid of perfume/cigarette smoke/pet & body odour.
