We can accept either a return or exchange as long as they are unworn and in re-saleable condition all shoes are fully inspected on receipt.
Exchanges : Please re-purchase the correct size required and then return the unwanted item following the returns procedure below , doing this ensures you reserve the correct size required as our stocks move very fast , once the original pair of shoes are returned and received you will be issued a refund.
Returns : We will accept items back within 28 days of purchase and must be in the same condition as received. i.e. Unworn except tried on for fitting purposes. ( When trying on footwear please try on a carpeted surface),Items must be Returned in ALL original packaging, original tags, original box with No writing on and please Do Not tape the box lid down or tape anything to the box.
Please return the item and include the invoice that was sent with your purchase along with any other Relevant Information - User ID, Invoice number (eg Web12345) Reason for Return, in addition please Retain your Posting Certificate / Proof of Posting from the post office this will have all the relevant tracking information for your return item and will be needed should your item should go missing in Transit.

OnlineShoe.co.uk Tracked Returns Service £4.99 - We do offer a Tracked returns service that can be used via any local royal mail post office at a cost of £4.99 this is a fully tracked service and has Insurance that covers you for any loss should your item go missing in transit – this gives a substantial saving of approximately 20% on any equivalent post office payable service.
Please note if the Onlineshoe Returns Service is used (please message us via ebay messages for the returns label) an additional £4.99 will be deducted for the use of the Returns service from any refund given.
On the safe return of the item to us we can refund you the full price of the item, less any original postage costs & £1 restocking charge, if item had free delivery a £2.99 restocking charge will be deducted from any refund given.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us so for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a recorded delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. We cannot refund return items lost in the post.
Please allow upto 14 days from your item being received at
our warehouse for your refund to be processed.
If you are returning anything to us from outside the EU, please note you must complete a customs declaration correctly indicating that the package contains (returned goods) .Onlineshoe will not under any circumstances be held liable or pay any customs levy or duty resulting from a returned item , the item will be refused delivery and returned to the sender.

What if my item was delivered faulty?
Every item is checked thoroughly before dispatch however in the unlikely event that your item is faulty please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days quoting your order reference number, explanation of fault and whether you would like a refund or a replacement.
