I was very shocked and disappointed when I took delivery of my order today. The packaging was not fit for purpose as the cardboard was wet and soggy and also ripped apart and opened. The back panel that I had ordered was damaged all along one edge and after paying £70 for this item I find this unacceptable. I would like a replacement back panel to replace the damaged panel received. Please see attached photos provided below to confirm the state of the package when I received it today.
