We would like you to be totally happy with your purchase, if for any reason you are not, please contact us, we will gladly help sort any problems.
If your product is faulty, please go through the relevant Ebay returns procedure and we will refund you in full for the faulty item and pay for the return Posting. This will be refunded upon receipt of the returned item.
If you have changed your mind, which at some time we all do, we will refund you in full for the item, the item will need to be returned in its original condition and packaging, the return P&P will be your responsibility.
We do ask for all returns to be sent via a service where a signature can be obtained.
Overseas buyers, the same policy applies.
