Items will be posted in an undamaged condition and packaged well. However the seller accepts no responsibility once items are in transit. Unfortunately returns cannot be accepted unless items are specified faulty within 5 working days of receipt and returned within 7 working days of receipt.
In the unusual event of a faulty, damaged or incorrect item being received, please get in touch and we will resolve this swiftly for you through a prompt refund or replacement.
If your item is unsuitable or you have changed your mind, it must be returned unused, in its original packaging, at your own cost within 7 days of receipt. A replacement will be offered or a refund, minus any original postage charge. Any refunds or replacements of this nature will be processed upon our receipt of the returned item.

Please note that we offer standard 1st and 2nd Class Royal Mail Delivery Services throughout the UK and BFPO addresses. Unfortunately however, we cannot offer enhanced 24/48 hour courier services to NORTHERN IRELAND, CHANNEL ISLANDS, ISLE OF MAN, SCOTTISH ISLANDS, SCILLY ISLES, ISLE OF WIGHT OR SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS. We may however be able to send bulky items to these locations through Royal Mail Standard Parcel service so please contact us for rates prior to purchase.
