Return policy details
Please ensure you check over all your items on delivery for damage or shortfalls. The sooner you can let us know of any problems, the sooner we can resolve them for you. We have a contract with the courier to allow you up to 20 minutes to check over all your items on delivery. If you do receive any items damaged, please refuse them with the driver and contact us so we can arrange replacements to be sent out.
If damages or shortfalls are not reported within a reasonable period of receiving your delivery, your claim may not be valid, so it is extremely important your items are checked over as soon as possible.
