We do our best to serve each and every customer the best we can and we understand that on occasion you might need to return products.
Please contact us by email using the ebay messaging communication system, before sending any items back, for our detailed returns procedure.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return the product to us within 14 days of delivery. We accept the return of goods that were wrongly ordered or ordered in error for exchange. These items must be returned to us, carriage paid, in the original packing and in a sale-able condition WITHIN 14 DAYS of receipt. P & P or carriage on exchange/replacement item is chargeable.
You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 14 working days for a refund of the cost. Do this by contacting us by email through ebay communications. Your refund will be paid within 10 working days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover the value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or mis-described.
All goods are new unless otherwise stated. If in the unlikely event your item is faulty or damaged when received it must be return to us WITHIN 14 DAYS of receipt, please contact us through ebay communications for more advice on returning your goods.
Any goods returned should be in sale-able condition and in its original packaging. Postage and Packing will not be refunded. Merchandise received back damaged or incomplete will not be eligible for refund.
These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.
None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
