I go to classes where you can work at your own pace and shown different levels of same exercise. This shows 1 level the hardest and pace is quick probably to get it into 10 min segments. I got this to do when my classes are fully booked. I’m sure the more I do it I’ll get used to it. It definitely works you, but if I didn’t have the knowledge gained in class, i would probably struggle but as I know how to change the exercise to a lower level this dvd works for me.
