Does the job RIGHT!
I have a copy of the 1902 Royal Baking Powder Recipe book , written by The chefs of New York Cookery college! And this is the Royal baking powder tjete revered! It works just I had hoped it would ! Very happy purchase.

Supposed to be double concentrate.
Haven't noticed any difference whatsoever, but that could be down to the starch in it.
