Portable and functional
I was a bit skeptical, because of the small size and modest price, knowing that they can be very expensive. However, after several weeks of regular use, I'm convinced that it was $30 very well spent. After only a few days, I noticed a bit of an increase in my energy level, as well as a decrease in what I refer to as "the blues." I feel like my "summer self" has returned. Better than I expected

I think it works

The dog and I both love it
