The LG G4 is a battery killer. This is the battery you need if you want power all day.
I am a power user on my LG G4. I like the screen to be bright to take advantage of the beautiful display. And I like to use my phone for a day without the need to recharge it. The stock OEM battery will last me half the day if that. This battery lets me use my phone all day with heavy use and for several days with light use before I need to recharge. Now this battery and case will make your phone large and heavy. It will take away from it's sleek good looks. But this size and heft make it easier for me to hold. The phone without this case and battery was too thin and light for me. It was hard to hold and made me feel like I would drop it at any moment. This case is not slippery at all. The case in my opinion is not as good as the two piece design by Zero Lemon that came with the LG G3. But it is not a bad case. Sound output is good and the camera lens is recessed into it for extra protection. The battery speaks for itself. It is almost 3 times the capacity of the OEM battery. It is large because it packs a lot of power. I find that when you receive it charge it over night (At least 12 hours) and then run it down to zero. Then recharge it for another 12 hours and you should be good to go. I will always buy a Zero lemon battery and case for whatever Android phone I get in the future. Buy a G4 just to use this, trust me
If you have ever lamented the fact that smartphones get faster and get better cameras and thinner and more polished every single year, yet when they advertise better battery life than competitors, it's a 5-10% increase at BEST, if not worse. In comes the g4 with the zerolemon battery. As an Android enthusiast, I desperately wanted a phone that had developer support (XDA shoutout) as well as great battery life. I wanted more than great. I wanted GUARANTEED, ALL DAY NO MATTER WHAT, freaking battery life!! This is it. If I just want to be worthless lazy and stream Netflix for 15 hours straight with screen brightness on max, this thing will do it. To the point, your looking at 14+hrs screen on time and still have power to answer those work emails you blew off without a charge. I charge it nightly to preserve its capacity, but you could easily pull a 3 day stretch on fairly heavy usage. As for its thickness, if you want a sleek, sexy phone, you already know this isn't it, but it frankly isn't nearly as big as you probably think. It's much easier to hold and use one handed than my N exus 6p is with or without a case. new life for old phone

Looked at several options
I went with the ZeroLemon due to many good reviews, many going in-depth. I wanted the simplicity of replacing the original battery so I didn't have to think about switching the extended one on/of, etc... I basically can get two full work days out of it which makes me feel pretty confident I could work it extremely hard for a full day and still have power. The case is designed well and fits my phone perfectly, nothing is loose.
