So far do good
This is my first time using a mouth guard. The instructions were very clear and I managed to mould a good fit with just two attempts. The quality seems tough but not too tough where as it would be uncomfortable I'm guessing how long it lasts depends how hard or often you grind your teeth . I'm only a light grinder so I'm guessing this will last me quite a while. Would definitely recommend at this price.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Helped with my bruxism
