Pointless!
I made a bad mistake as a result of watching a Nigella Lawson TV programme featuring Anna Del Conte. De Conte is held in legendary terms by the Lawson woman. The book is dreadful and a waste of money buying, and a waste of time reading.

Anna Del Conte reminds me of my Italian Grand -Mother who had chickens rabbits and a diverse vegetable plot. So as i v,e been saying for years to friends "this is how to make an authentic N.Italian risotto or a minestrone, or a Lasagne from 00 flour and a pasta making rolling machine etc etc. just like my Grand - Ma,s lifelong lessons . As is the case and influence for most of our 21st centuries T.V Superstar chefs ie]; Nigella, Jamie, Hugh , Theo Randall etc . Without Anna there,d be no River Cafe either which is where the afore mentioned launched their carres, apart from Nigella who became a close friend with her mentor and hero chef.
