Vague action. Effective lopper
I lopped a contorted willow and an overgrown large shrub with thick branches. I found the lopper a little bit tricky to use on thicker branches, to get the linkage mechanism to click into the maximum leverage position, but once I found out how to do it, cutting 3-4cm branches worked well. The telescopic handles are easy to use, but I found it equally easy to apply too much pressure, causing them to flex, so the user has to be careful not to over-stress them. Sturdy tool !
Its ok but a screw fell off of it as i was finishing up. Good job it fell off onto the grass and not in to the bushes or else i wouldnt have found it and it would be going back. The ratchet action takes a bit of getting use to and it didnt always seem to engage unless it was me not doing it properly. Strong, lightweight and easy to use

An excellent piece of equipment, I have use this tool all day today in dense woodland thinning trees and shrubs. Loppers
Needed to remember to locate the stem at the fulcrum of the blade to get the ratchet to work properly. Once that was done they were ok. Easier to adjust with this handle configuration and very comfortable to grip and tubular handlesare strong Struggled at first with 40mm elder.
