Essential recipes, easy to follow.
I bought this for my daughter. It has all the basics plus some really great recipes. I’ve got the older version which I often refer to. The recipes are easy to double up or half. It’s an essential book in any cookery book collection. The recipes are easy to understand. I honestly can’t rate it high enough. I’ve got 97 cookery books. Great cookery book!
I bought my first same titled book some 12 years ago, and it became my cookery bible to the extent that the covers were falling off and some of the pages marked through sticky fingers!! Decided to buy this newer updated version so here's to another 12 years. Its a great cookery book for young and old, brilliant recipes,easy to follow , and each menu tastes as good as it looks. If your a beginner then this will be a great asset, it would also make a good gift idea for someone off to college or just setting up in their first home.
