  • Great book for technique on the big compound lifts

This has to be one of the best strength books I have read. I have been strength training for years and have read far too many books (and will keep doing so). This is definitely in my top 4, as it taught me that I have been benching and squatting with bad form for years (even worse, when I was younger, quite a few gym goers asked my advice?!?!). If you do big compound exercises, this is a great read, wish it was around when I was a teen... This will go alongside (with many others) my copy of Anita Beans complete guide to sports nutrition (for diet), Becoming a supple leopard (for injury prevention) and Practical programming for strength training (for program design).

  • You get what you pay for

It isn't a very tidy e-book, but for £4 is still value for money.
