I found this product works very well almost as good as rear suspension my riding is now 50% more comfortable and seat doesn't twist sideways I would reccomend

God for road riding.
Tightened to max. resistance it is excellent for softening all the tree roots on cycle paths and rough road surfaces. Costs an extra 300gm weight over a lightweight carbon fibre seatpost, but well worth it.
