Excellent value, easy to use.
I have had a bad back for 6/7 years now but at Xmas I fell down stairs on my coccyx and was crippled with pain. It has taken months to ease but I still found sitting in a car or a chair at work incredibly painful and would sit with my hand in a fist behind my back. I had order this on the recommendation of a friend. It was exactly what I was looking for and fits any chair. I will also use it in the car. The material is good quality and the foam inside structure bounces back even after using it for several hours at a time. Does the job
I use it on my work chair so it is used all day and every day and although I personally would prefer a slightly firmer roll, it works fine and I certainly notice when I sit on a chair without a back support roll. Firm but lightweight

Only as good as the person using it!
This Lumber support roll is only going to work if you regularly use it.. It is well made of foam and a velvety covering..with a strap to hold it in place ...it could have been a couple of pounds cheaper! I believe it is cheaper on other websites!
