Replaces White Flour for Diabetics
This is excellent either combined with coconut flour or not, for diabetic baking. Tried many things including almond meal which does not work well for cakes, cookies... Great flavor, very fine grind and super low in carbs. Well worth the price and quality can't be beat. I will continue to purchase and recommend this flour. Now my husband can have his chocolate cake and stay within a low carb diet.
