Im not sure if it actually works for me personally, as I havent noticed a change in my skin tone or tightness, but I am in my 60's, possibly I dont drink enough fluids to keep my skin tightened and I have some serious low weight issues, maybe it works better for people who are a bit healthier, so though it doesnt seem to be helping, it may help others.
