My review... After only 1 week
Ok, so since I was pressured pretty early to leave a review, here it goes! It's only been a week, OK?. Ok..Let's begin. Prior to purchasing this product, I had done lots of research on my symptoms. Of course, YouTube provided some info but regular ole Google helped as well, thus finding this product to try out. I had been suffering from all the classic symptoms of candida overgrowth in my upper gut (leaky gut) and long time nail fungus on the same 2 toes on each foot. After learning more, I attribute a lot of this to diet and lifestyle. I grew up on sweets, thus I have always suffered with dental issues, stomach issues, weird food allergies, (began around age 17) back issues, joint issues, and fungal issues. Never really knew anything about candida back then. I've since had a few surgeries and I'm in my late 40s. My diet still suffers, even following the candida cleanse diet, because of my means in general, but I'm doing better this time than last time I tried this. I actually purchased these capsules, which I'm also not a great pill swallower! I've been practicing learning on how to swallow large capsules too! I had been cutting out a lot of sugar from my diet prior to beginning these capsules for a week. So far, so good. I take these with my dinner. Having more bowel movements since. Feeling lighter. Something has changed- weird taste.

Less bloat after 2 weeks
After a couple weeks, my bloating is going down. I did have issues with yeast die-off so reduced my intake to 1 a day and now back up to the recommended 2 a day. So far so good. I drink tons of dr pe*per this making my body acidic and forming thick saliva/candida yeast plus I've been forming kidney stones. This product works well at getting rid of Candida. How long you need to take it will depend on how much Candida is in your body and your toleration of the die-off symptoms. Having tried many different things, this is one that works and keeps working. However, I would recommend using a rotating attack of multiple approaches and products as Candida has the ability to adapt over time and the approach or product can become less effective. I have used this product as a mainstay and rotated others which seems to have worked well. That approach probably worked because this product has so many ingredients that are anti-fungal that the candida can't adapt to it easily. Candida can take a long time to wipe out, depending of course on how established it is and how much sweets you eat. Great stuff.
Its very good for Candida overgrowth but one must watch ones diet also. I have struggled for years. The antibiotics prescribed so often ruined my gutt. I don't trust any doctors anymore after COVID. They are all pimps for Big Pharm. Shills. All they do is put you on pharmaceuticals that destroy your gut and whatever else. I go natural and pray to God to lead.
