Down memory lane
I remembered these from my teenage years and had to try it again. It was easy to cook in the microwave, even the crispy noodles can be cooked in the microwave just put them on a plate for 40 seconds they come great. Ok for a quick occasional meal. I remember when Vesta ready meals first came out, I tried them all, but Chow Mein was my favourite - I'm so glad I found it again. I am almost 70 now, and I found it was too much for one meal, so I had the broth and some crispy noodles for my tea - so really good value making two meals from it. Thank you again.
