This is the third time I've purchased this inulin. I've made it part of my fiber requirement each day. It's easy to use, healthful, and inexpensive. I have been educating myself about the human gut microbiome and fiber such as inulin feeds that microbiome, which then helps me stay healthy. For a few pennies a day, adding inulin is a no-brainer. Pleasant tasting and easy to drink
Inulin is a soluble fiber with a sweet taste, and it is called a "prebiotic. I was looking only for organic products and this brand seems pure. It is sticky when wet and a bit hard to handle because of that, but it easily cleans up with water.
