Helped me with my digestion / heartburn
It really helped me with my digestion/ heartburn . I ve researched on internet/ youtube , I was taking dgl , l-glutamine, zinc each one separately. Now this product not only has these but has 4 -5 other ingredients that helps leaky guts , promote digestion, ease heartburn and other Gi symptoms . I’m taking 2 at nite before bedtime and sometimes 2 In the morning if my symptoms are worse. I wish they include coconut water and aloe Vera leaf gel extract which it really helps for leaky guts and soothing guts / stomach lining which I regularly taking along side once or twice a day if you want to speed up the healing process I strongly recommend for a 1-2 months . Check it out for Yousef their benefits , try it and see if it helps you along with this amazing product. Most importantly diet is very crucial. Since everyone is different, try whatever foods are helping you or stop anything that your stomach / guts is sensitive to especially gluten , dairy products ( lactose) apple cider vinegar, citrus fruits , sugary products , caffeine, fried foods , Processed foods alcohol, tobacco use , because your guts/ stomach lining are already inflamed/ irritated and you don’t want to make it even worse . Organic chicken, turkey, fish , almond milk and steamed non acidic veggies and non acidic fruits will help you in the process till you feel well soon . Good luck !
