HP ENVY 5020 Wireless All in One Printer with WiFi built-in, this wireless printer lets you print straight from your smartphone, tablet or PC. HP ENVY 5020 All-in-One Printer. Excellent condition. NO INKS INCLUDING.
The printer seemed easy to set up until , I had to enter the network wireless password. There was no instructions how to use the touch screen for entering passwords. It took me a long time and, the help of a friend to get it sorted out. Other then that the printer and, quality of printing was excellent.
A disaster. HP have put so many infantile interlocks and exclusions into this to try to prevent the use of non-HP ink cartridges that it even periodically rejects their own cartridges and is extremely difficult to set up to work. The very worst printer I have ever had to put up with. I shall never again buy any HP printers or other products, and I have used a succession of HP printers in the past. Do yourself a favour and avoid the hassle.
bought as replacement for HP 840 similar performance larger footprint but has good feature of internal paper tray. What I don't like is interface software this is slow and clunky and has separate scan and print controls I was very happy with previous software Why mess with something that worked well?
A nice size printer for the home, not bulky at all and looks very sleek. I have mine in my lounge and it doesn't look out of place.
Very easy to set up. Had no problems at all linking my laptop, iPhone of iPad to it.
Came with full ink cartridges that were very easy to install and I signed up for Instant Ink so I don't have to worry when the ink is getting low.
Print quality is great, haven't tried printing photographs yet but I'm sure it will be equally as wonderful.
I can't fault this printer, it's a brilliant product and a great price.
Good print quality and a reasonable price, though the scanner simply will not work through wireless internet so requires a fair bit of fiddling about, switching between WiFi and direct scanning.
There's no apparent way to address this as when you try to fix the issue online, you're either directed to download a diagnostic tool that doesn't work, or an automated chat operator that cannot resolve the issue.
Basically, not a bad printer, but the scanner element may not work.
