Good Water Softener but description needs updating/correcting
It was a replacement for a 10 year old softener. It seems to work fine and was fairly easy to set up but due to the depth dimension given being incorrect we had to cut the back out of the kitchen cupboard also we cannot use the lid because it is also too tall for a standard kitchen unit.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Excellent Value
Why pay anymore than you need, soft water is soft water. This unit is not the most compact, but it softens water withing minutes of installation. Other companies are charging 3-4x the price for what appears to be the same unit, only badged differently, plus installation on top with no option to install yourself. Water2buy 200 water softener
After a couple of weeks had to clean injector out,had what appeared to be several particles of black plastic in jets (leftovers from manufacturing??). Happy so far
Had this plumbed in now fir a week and water has gone from over 250ppm hardness to less than 50ppm. No scum or scale appearing on the appliances yet. Time will tell how reliable and salt efficient it is. It is quite large so it may not fit under your sink. I had to fit mine in a seperate cupboard losing that space and route plumbing behind the dishwasher. Happy with it though so far.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Water softener review
No connectors as standard so these will need to be considered. Works well. Take a lot of salt in one go. But set up for water hardness could be soo much easier. Not hardness test kit too. But good unit still worth investing inVerified purchase: YesCondition: New

A thoroughly good softener
