The Best BBQ You Will Ever Buy
It's not the cheapest but is the best I have ever used, by far!! Meat is seared quickly sealing in all succulent juices! No more charcoal burned anything (my pet hate with BBQ's! Use Cobb Cobblestone coconut charcoal briquettes (sold separately) which are very easy to light and give enough heat for a two to three hour BBQ. Light them with care as they quickly flare-up and are ready for you to cook within two to three minutes. From veg, fruits and meats, I got such amazing repeatable results, I bought another for motor home travelling. Take it anywhere! Comes with its own bag so you can carry it easily to where you need it. Sea or shore fishing? Nothing can quite match freshly caught fish cooked straight on the barbie! It is a most versatile tool. Cool to touch base, hot Cloche that helps keep food deliciously moist. Add a little water or wine with herbs to the internal moat to cool things down and infuse additional flavours into your food. After lighting.Put a full chicken on the Cobb put extension ring on then the top Then walked away, ambled back after 1 hr Basted the chicken with liquid smoke had a little drink came back at about 3/4 of an hour chicken done and done to a turn, Really recomend the CobBBQ.
