DVD worth a look
I purchased this product to learn how to use a set of small dumbbells that I purchased. While the instructor offers some movements that I can replicate, Michaels and her two class members are extremely fit. Ultimately, I have had to cherry-pick some movements and discard other more difficult and advanced movements. She doesn't see some of the movements as advanced, but I am just starting out, so they are. But on the whole, it is a useful and instructive DVD.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
