Motor section is quite heavy with a high centre of gravity, floor cleaning puts a lot of pressure on the wrists for changing direction. The extension handle is quite large and awkward to use in tight spaces. The motor unit also falls over when pulling the extension pipe more than 4 feet. i also bought the car detail kit , be warned it is very small and just for air vents door pockets etc.

This is a very good hoover. The suction is very strong and the cat hairs DO NOT block the rollers, which is brilliant. Solid construction and works as expected. Although very good, I have two areas that could be improved. 1, Weight, due to the solid construction its quite weighty when using. 2, Flexible hose could be longer when using away from the main unit. Both issues above don't affect its performance.
