Another Ineffective Non-Prescription Sleep Aid Product
The first night I used the product(one tablet) it helped me get a reasonable night's sleep. The second night I used the product(one tablet) it did not provide any appreciable sleep aid. The third night I increased the dosage to two(2) tablets , but it still did not provide any appreciable sleep aid. At that point , I discontinued using the product since it did not provide me with any sleep aid. This product may provide reasonable sleep aid to some individuals , but it was of no real value to me. My opinion is that it is similar to other ineffective non-prescription sleep aid products. I now use a prescription sleep aid product that provides me with very good results. Least effective brand ....

Best sleeps EVER!
I cannot live without these! Suffering from severe insomnia due to severe anxiety from 2 years of homelessness and ending up in a homeless unit which has also resulted in the onset of panic attacks, you can imagine why I reached the point that I could not sleep anymore! I tried absolutely every natural sleep alternative, but nothing worked. Thank goodness I tried these, they are my absolute saviour. I no longer lie awake all night panicking and worrying about being homeless. I just take this capsule and it knocks me out for the whole night waking me up nice and refreshed in the mornings without grogginess. They are just as effective as the doctor's sleeping pills. A word of caution is medically advised that you shouldn't take Melatonin if suffering from depression. Very useful for a good nights sleep
We tend to use these if we have had a stressful day. And they were very handy when the wife was going through the change and she could not sleep well. 3mg is enough but we have used 5mg at times. To get the best effect, it is best to take them a few days in a row. Slight downturn is that you sometimes wake up a bit drowsy.
