Thank you for great sleep!
I'm one of those people that melatonin does a great service for! I can usually time it just right and I've noticed with this brand I actually feel the product working and I can use that as my signal that it's time to lay down. I have discovered a little bit of a window that if I don't settle down once I feel initial effect hitting then I tend to have more trouble going to sleep. For me it's important to feel the signal. I usually only take a 1mg tablet but I got this at such a great deal and I think that this works a little better for me. NO complaints about this product! If you've never tried melatonin and you have difficulty relaxing and getting to sleep this is a very natural and peaceful way to do so.
