Ceramic discs
Arrived within 12 days that's very much quicker that I expected. Works well no drips now. However I did need to file the tap cartridges a little to allow the rotating disc to sit in correctly. Tap Replacement Ceramc Disc & Silicon Washer Set.
This is a very good replacement set and certainly good value for money. It replaces the washer set in quarter turn taps and they are not always readily available in DIY stores. Leaking Tap
Just replacing the coloured washer stopped the leak. No problems after several week’s use. I did think that the washer was a little smaller than the one it replaced, but maybe it spreads with use. Gives you enough parts to rectify most problems, great value
The fixed disc is the same as our Franke and fitted, but the Franke rotating disc has a slot and not the same as one provided which has indents on the edge for turning. The kit fixed my problem by the provision and use of the new neoprene washer which exerts slightly more pressure on the disc surfaces...I presume the old one had lost some flexibility.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

No fit

Not my best purchase

Renew your tap valve at a fraction of the cost of new ones.
I spotted these on ebay after unsuccessfully trying to find replacement complete valves (there are so many that look the same but are slightly different). I took the existing valves out and simply replaced the gasket and washers and re-fitted the valves - voila! A perfect fit and at a fraction of the cost of new valves. One word of caution. Some original valves have brass washers inside them and if this is the case you should leave the brass washers out when you replace the disc, silicon washer etc.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
