The ergonomics of this odd shaped "mouse" has somehow reduced significantly the pain I hoped it would...but actually doubted it would. My chiropractor diagnosed the cause of the very tender shoulder issue (I thought it was from gardening but the pain persisted into November) and asked if was on the computer more than usual. I had been and for some months and the tendon pain was being caused by micro movements. I think I've been using the Anker2.4 for around a month and noticed the pain backing off in the first week. It came as a surprise...for $15 shipping included I did not have huge expectations. So, let me say, the product did help and my shoulder tenderness and pain is very minimal and I am very pleased ...it takes a bit getting used to...that's why 4 stars. I do truly recommend this mouse.Read full review

This mouse certainly takes some getting used to! Following a week of use I've found that I do not care for the height of the mouse as it keeps getting bumped, also the double click action is difficult to master. I plan to use it for another week or so and if I do not become accustomed to these two nuances I may revert back to the normal mouse. Anker always provides high quality items, I'm just not sure I care for some of the features.

Even thou , only have used this new upright mouse I can say the shape of the mouse takes a lot of stress off of your wrist , and if you sit at a desk for long periods of time a mouse of this design can reduce repetitive stress , the unit is on the lighter side when it come to a wireless mouse , and is mainly plastic but for the cost of the mouse you have to expect that what really surprised me is it is rechargeable and not powered by batteries , the mouse preformed well , movements are crisp and responsive for day to day activities but not for gaming .My recommendation this would be a great mouse for companies with a lot of staff on computers the cost is cheap to buy, you would not need to be buying batteries and it would potentially keep repetitive injuries down . For the average Joe this would make a great test mouse to see if a upright designed mouse would work for you at under 10 dollars it not much of a risk if you like it the design then you can pay for the much more expensive name brand now if you do not like well you are only out 10 dollars instead of over 100 as some mouses can cost these daysRead full review

I was considering buying the Logitech vertical mouse, but at $100, I thought I'd try this cheaper version to make sure I like it. Now that I've had it for a couple weeks, I'm completely satisfied. It doesn't have the same features as the Logitech, but I like that it works without any drivers. It doesn't compare with the build quality of the Logitech, but considering I paid $12 for a 2nd hand mouse, I have no complaints.

I bought 2 of these one for me and one for my wife. Because I have big hands this vertical mouse was perfect. It has a good scroll plus the extra button features. I would like to see a smaller version for people with small hands like my wife.

I used this type of device at a previous job and loved it. It truly keeps your actual wrist/arm action in place and is very smooth. May be awkward initially but you will get the hang of it. Great buy!!

The Anker is a good wireless vertical mouse that is very useful if you want or need to vary the angle you use. It's lightweight, glides easily, lasts a long while on a set of batteries, and the wireless feature works very well. The three mouse buttons work fine, although I personally would prefer a slightly lighter press. I like to vary it with a regular mouse and trackball so that my wrist has a variety of movement.

The design of this mouse is one of it's best features. It fits in my hand well. My wrist is in a natural position when I use it. I can move it around the mouse pad easily. I can use it for long periods of time with little or no fatigue. The buttons are placed so it takes very little effort to use them. What you will spend on this mouse is worth every penny. Design, comfort, and value for your dollar.

This mouse is great! I'm behind a computer 6-8 hours a day and this mouse is very comfortable in the hand without my wrist being stressed. I've tried other brands, but this is my favorite so far. It also responds well and doesn't glitch. The texture is some type of rubber feel. For the price I got it for, it's a great deal. I'd highly recommended it.

It is HUGE. I don't have small hands and my fingers doesn't reach the end of the buttons. Also, your thumb sits on the bump of the mouse and it is quite highly placed, not so comfortable. As a result you can't click the buttons on the left side- the thumb simply can't reach there since the thumb is placed on the highest point of the mouse. The buttons are clicked without a problem, the scroll wheel is really nice and smooth. You kind of get used to the position of the hand, and the thumb. No time is needed to "adjust yourself" to this mouse. For 20$ it is a decent entry point vertical mouse. But the so many praising reviews doesn't seem to mention how huge it is. I'm not sure how long I'll keep using it, but if I get away with the thumb its a keeper.
