Best option for golfers elbow
I bought 3 different types of support brace to see which one was best. On my first physiotherapists appointment I took all 3 to show him. He recommended I use this one. It's not a cure but it does provide some relief and it my help a little to cure. For a tenner what else would you expect. Certainly not a miracle cure that's for certain. Rest , heat, and physiotherapist treatment is the best option and even then it will take a very long time before your arm will be anywhere near full strength again.
