Aaaahhhhhh 😁
My husband bought this for me just before the recent heatwave as I don’t sleep much during the summer, and frankly, he must be sick of me whinging about night sweats. I set it up, turned it on, pointed it at the bed and went to brush my teeth. The difference when I walked back in was amazing! Temp had dropped to ‘comfortable’ as opposed to ‘way too hot and stuffy and I can’t cope with this s#*t any more’ within a few minutes. I did turn it off once I was in bed, but only because the hum was drowning out ‘Family Guy’. It’s not so noisy it would stop me sleeping. I did wake up a few times, because hot flushes, (I’m a bit old and menopausal, also the reason I haven’t yet managed to pair it to my phone) but just grabbed the remote, turned on the AC and was instantly blasted with 16*c air, which cooled me down from 1000*c really quickly. When the ‘national emergency heatwave’ of 30 odd degrees happened (I know, seriously, how did we live through it? I’m so glad cobra was on hand to tell us that summer would be a bit warm) I just sat in front of the AC and revelled in its icy breeze while eating Hagen Dazs. It was a good day. 🐷 So I highly recommend this AC unit. It works wonderfully, I can sleep at night, the hubby is happy, and I wish I’d let him buy me this years ago instead of saying we couldn’t justify the money. Added bonus is that the dogs were also very happy and cool. It’s worth every single penny. BUY IT!
