Well written, covering all important issues.
Well written, covering all important issues. It does not treat the subject in a historical manner and though, if you are really interested in deep understanding of why the theory is as it is you need the history, I agree with the author that first it is important to understand the theory as it is now with the various twists and turns on the way left out.
