An excellent DVD, that shows a clear relation between food and health. As much as animal welfare is a priority to me, this DVD does not really delve to deeply into that area, it is mainly a health issue. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to live a healthy life, or wants to improve their health. Lots of useful information and research, a good DVD to help people eat healthily and aim for a vegan diet
