I think I have wasted my money
I bought this product on the recommendation of a friend who had enthused about increased energy levels and other benefits after only a few days of taking these tablets. I have been taking them (4-6 tablets a day) for a about 2 weeks or more, and I haven't noticed a jot of difference. My energy levels are no more or less than they were; I feel no more or less fit than I did a month ago; my partner says he has noticed no change in my appearance or temper (not sure if that's good or bad!). I assume what is in the container is what it says - pure organic spirulina tablets - but I have no evidence of any benefits so can't class them as a new 'superfood' or recommend them to anyone.
