A really great games table
When researching which table to buy we really liked the fact that you don’t have to store the table-tops of the games you aren’t using.
Having it spin between the three games means it doesn’t take up extra space.
Downside is you only get three games, but my 8-year old daughter and 5-year old son haven’t asked for extra games, they loves the games it has.
Changing between games is an adult (or older children job) as fingers could get caught and you want to be careful with the two locking screws. It is ever-so-slightly fiddly, but when you consider the alternative of carrying around replacement table-tops (often needing two people our friends tell us, risking damaging the corners of the table-tops when you move them around and risking your walls too) it is no hardship.
You do have to pay attention the setting the table level each time you change game, we just place a ball in the middle and adjust a bit until the ball stops rolling. Takes about 1-minute in total to change between games.
Sturdy item, seems well built, has been played with daily for several weeks now and is showing no signs of suffering from vigorous and competitive game-play.
It’s not cheap but it seems worth it.
