I was recommended this book when I was training to be a gym instructor at college by my teacher. And it's been a great go to book for instruction as it gives you a full rundown on how to train and what muscles the exercise effect with very detailed pictures diagrams. It makes explaining why technique is very important for good training. It's that good I've just bought my second copy.
