Disappointing.
I am disappointed with this product. Was hoping to be able to feel the effects of the workout the following day, similarly to when I have done sit ups. The pads are already starting to disintegrate and cost a small fortune to replace, despite taking great care of them. All in all I regret this expensive purchase. I am well within a healthy BMI, am active and eat healthily - please don't assume I was expecting weight loss with this product but I did expect toning!
